Veneers can be bonded on to your natural teeth to fill in gaps, hide blemishes and balance the appearance of teeth. They can be either porcelain or direct resin. These thin veneers are bonded onto the front of damaged teeth. Cosmetically they greatly improve the appearance of teeth that are misaligned, chipped or stained. Porcelain veneers are actually made of porcelain and as such are translucent. They reflect light and closely resemble the appearance of enamel. They resist staining and can be made to look identical to the surrounding teeth.
